Meditation for First Nations
As I have travelled on my path to wellness I found meditation to be a useful tool to promote healing in my life. After about three years of listening to meditations from other cultures I decided to write and record my own with the voice and sound of our culture.
Meditation uses guided imagery to promote relaxation and healing. The Eagle Feather Meditation, for example, features the soothing sounds of Cree traditional singing and drumming in the background.
Meditation to Ease Suffering and Trauma
You can listen through your browser or download the Eagle Feather Meditation to your computer or device. You can give a copy to clients or friends who are releasing addictive behaviour or recovering from trauma.
Meditation helps to:
- learn to relax physically and mentally,
- improve personal development
- heal from trauma
- release old habits and addictions
- grow spiritually
- manage stress
- live a happier more peaceful life.
Meditation for Groups and Workshops
My goal is to provide meditations to Treatment Centers and individuals for a small licensing fee. I would like you listen and see if a First Nations meditation is something you could see using in your practice or for your clients. I have two more meditations, Sacred Four Meditation and Releasing Addictive Behaviour, recorded and ready for release; more are written and planned.
I invite you to download the Eagle Feather Meditation as it will be free for a limited time and I do not want you to miss out. I also invite you to visit my website to learn more about me and how to contact me.
I look forward to hearing your feedback. You can contact me by replying to this email or using the contact form on my website. My Linkedin profile is also accessible through the website.
